Recognized politics of Use (SPIKE)

The SPIKE is provided to give to our clients and users a clear comprehension of for what their Loading waits while it uses the service. All the users of the services of Loading must accept this SPIKE as well as the conditions of the contract.

Loading reserves the right of eliminating without previous notice any material that could violate this SPIKE. Loading can cooperate with legal authorities and/or the third ones in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime. The violation of this SPIKE can give place to the suspension or the immediate end of his account in Loading.

Actions that suppose the violation of the Recognized Politics of Use.

· Illegal use: Any type of use that goes against the Spanish laws or infringes rights of third.

· Prohibited contents: The publication of any violent, illegal, racist, xenophobic content, etc.

· I damage the age minors: Use of the service of Loading to the damage, or try of damaging, age minors anyway, including, but not limited to the pornography of the child.

· Excessive e-mail: The use of the servant of Finnish mail of spam, mail bombing, phishing, escrow fraud, scam 419, pharming, virus diffusion (troyanos, worms, etc.), or any other type of activity realized with minimal saboteur, fraudulent or criminal.

· Privacy: The storage of personal information of persons without his assent.

Safety

The client is the only one responsible for the use and conservation of his information accessed (user's name and password). The transmission and use of the same ones by third persons will be done on the responsibility of the client.

The password provides to the access to his account. It is a responsibility of the client to support his sure password and to limit to the minimum an unauthorized use.

Loading is not responsible in any case of the contents that the clients store in his servants.

It remains categorically prohibited that the client uses his access information in order to try to manipulate files and/or configurations that are not of his property.

The client admits to be major than age.
