He will have to gain access to his control panel Plesk, go to domains, choose the domain and once there click on "Protected directories". Puncturing on "Adding new directory" it will be able to create a new protected directory. As soon as the directory was created a user will be able to create to gain access to this directory touching "to Add new user"
